With over 34 years of experience across professional services, health insurance, healthcare, multichannel marketing, and retail, I’ve had the privilege of working on some of the largest and most complex projects in Australia—including helping digitise every paper-based record at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. It was a mammoth effort, but worth it when clients could walk into any branch and have instant access to their information. That’s the kind of impact I strive for—practical, measurable, and meaningful.

Throughout my career, I’ve always gravitated toward big challenges. I enjoy solving the organisational puzzles most people try to avoid—whether that’s optimising processes, leading change, or helping a team regain clarity in the middle of a project storm. What keeps me grounded is a people-first mindset. No matter the project, if the people aren’t thriving, the solution won’t stick.

I hold formal qualifications in Project Management and Business Administration and am currently wrapping up my MBA with a major in Cybersecurity. I’ve never stopped learning—because each problem, team, or industry brings something new to the table.

At Tribe Management Consultants, I get to bring all of this together. Whether I’m helping a medical practice streamline operations or advising stakeholders on long-term sustainability strategies, my focus is always on creating momentum that lasts. It’s about more than just ticking project boxes—it’s about building something better, together.

What really drives me is the opportunity to help businesses find their rhythm again—to step back, reconnect with their purpose, and move forward with confidence. And when we do it well? It’s transformational.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about community initiatives, coaching emerging leaders, and finding ways to use business as a force for good. I believe the best solutions are built on trust, honesty, and a bit of old-school perseverance.
