With over 25 years of experience across HR, finance, business consulting, and executive leadership, I’ve learned that people—not just strategy—are at the heart of every successful transformation. That belief was the foundation of Tribe Management Consultants, which I founded to help small and medium businesses not only grow—but grow well.

My journey has taken me through the healthcare, insurance, and finance sectors, where I’ve had the privilege of working alongside bold leaders, passionate teams, and organisations ready for change. Whether guiding workforce optimisation or reshaping a board’s strategic direction, I bring a people-first, solution-focused mindset to everything I do.

I hold qualifications in Accounting and a Graduate Certificate in Management & Business Administration—and I’m currently completing my MBA (because, let’s face it, I never stopped learning). That same love of learning is something I bring to every client conversation, encouraging teams to think differently and step into their full potential.

At Tribe, I work closely with stakeholders to foster collaboration, spark innovation, and drive outcomes that are both ethical and sustainable. I’m especially passionate about GP practice management, strategic planning, and leading change that sticks—not just looks good on paper.

What drives me most is seeing people empowered. Seeing a business become more resilient. Watching a team rise to new challenges with clarity and confidence. That’s the real reward.
